Do this Go-Go Workout to Get Ready for Summer


Creating a workout routine centered around DC’s famous Go-Go music can be a fun and energetic way to get your heart pumping and body moving. Go-Go music, with its lively beats and infectious rhythms, is perfect for keeping you motivated during your workout. Check out this 30 minute routine to a few Go-Go classics.

Warm-Up:

Start with some light stretching to warm up your muscles and get your body ready for the workout.

Workout:

  1. Cardio Burst – “Bustin’ Loose”: Begin your workout with a high-energy cardio session. Put on some classic Go-Go tracks like “Bustin’ Loose” by Chuck Brown to get your heart rate up. You can do jumping jacks, high knees, or dance in place to the beat.
